Hi, I’m Tokunbo Omonubi—the founder and principal consultant at Visceris.
With over 12 years of experience leading product teams in complex, high-stakes environments, I’ve helped both startups and large enterprises define strategy, design smarter solutions, and deliver products that drive real impact.
Before launching Visceris, I led the design and delivery of products across the Aviation, Fintech, and E-Commerce sectors—bringing cross-functional teams together to navigate the often challenging intersection of business goals and software delivery.
I founded Visceris to bring that experience to a broader range of organizations—helping them work with greater clarity, stronger alignment, and sharper execution.
